Shipping FAQ
When will my order ship?
We know you want your new Roguish gear ASAP so we typically ship orders within 1-2 business days. Our team can only ship out Monday through Friday however.
Standard shipping time is 3-5 business days, and this does not include the above mentioned processing times. We currently don’t offer any expedited shipping.

Product FAQ
My product(s) arrived damaged, what do I do?
Don't worry! All of our products have a 1-year warranty. We’ll replace the damaged item within a year from the time of purchase. To get a replacement, email us at support@liveroguish.com and send us your name, shipping address, order number and a picture of your damaged item.
Some exceptions:
- We can only issue a replacement if you send us a photo of the damaged item.
- If a bracelet has been changed in any way (i.e. you cut, shortened, or re-burned the elastic, strings or edges), we can’t replace it.
- We’re unable to replace lost or stolen items.
Are your stones/beads man-made?
All of our stone beads are natural stone that has been shaped into a bead.
